I don’t think I have any spectacular
accomplishments in my life that I can point to, but I have
lived a productive and happy life. I am happy. I have lived
a happy life, and for that I feel proud and fortunate.
Summary of the last fifty years:
I don’t think I will ever forget the school itself, and the
lobby between classes-like a stampede. There have been good
times and bad, with the good times coming out on top. I
enjoyed being involved in the lives of my daughters (Jodi,
Staci and Cristi) while they were growing up and now. I made
some wonderful friends over the years. I now have three
wonderful sons-in-law whom I dearly love and three “great”
grandchildren. All of my brothers and sister are still
living. I have a lot of nieces and nephews. We are a very
close family and enjoy getting together. I truly have great
memories.
My hope for the future is for me
to live to a ripe old age and be able to still live by
myself and take care of myself. There isn’t much to still
wish for except maybe to win a jackpot!!
I enjoy
the life I have, and feel very fortunate for what I have.
Therefore, I am not looking to make changes in the future. |
